Personal data notice (KVKK art. 10)

1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Handooser LLC ("We"; New Mexico, USA), the owner of the CesiSync product, as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Data processed and purposes

Your identity and contact details (name, e-mail, phone), business details, billing details, activity records (IP address, device, history) and reservation data are processed to open and verify your account, provide the service, run subscriptions and billing, keep security and audit trails, and meet legal obligations.

Verification codes and, where you chose them, calendar, price and hold notices are sent to your phone through WhatsApp Business; SMS is not used.

3. Transfers

Your data may be shared with the counterpart in the network (owner or agency) as the service requires, with PayPal for payments, with WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, with our hosting and e-mail providers and with competent authorities; transfers abroad follow KVKK art. 9.

4. Method and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the sign-up form, the panel and the API. Legal bases: forming and performing the contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where needed, your explicit consent.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to the e-mail or KEP address above.
