Is this a booking website for guests?
No. CesiSync is for professional property owners and agencies only; there are no consumer accounts. Guests still book on the agencies' own sites.
Do owners pay?
During the launch every plan is free for the first 3 months. After that owners pay the same monthly plan prices as agencies; nothing is charged before the trial ends. The sandbox is always free.
Who sees my calendar?
Only agencies you approve (or that subscribe, if you chose instant approval). Other agencies' bookings show only as "busy"; no agency name or guest detail is ever shared. You can end a subscription with one click.
How are double bookings prevented?
CesiSync is the single source of truth and the database itself refuses two overlapping records for one property. Even 50 simultaneous requests for the same nights let exactly one through. The moment a booking is accepted the dates close for every subscriber and webhooks go out.
How do I move from my current system?
Owners add the iCal address of Airbnb, Booking.com or their current system; it is read every 15 minutes and busy dates spread to all subscribers. Agencies connect with the API, webhooks or iCal, and you can download your data as JSON, ZIP, CSV or iCal at any time.
Can I close dates from WhatsApp?
Yes. From the verified phone number on your account, message the official CesiSync WhatsApp line, e.g. "Villa Mavi June 10-15 closed"; we read it and ask "close them?", and the calendar closes when you answer "Yes". Nothing changes without your confirmation.
Can an agency without software use it?
Yes. In the panel you discover properties, see calendars and prices, and enter holds, bookings and cancellations. The API is only for those who want to connect their own software.
What do I need to register?
A business e-mail and a mobile phone (both verified). For owners: individual or company details and a permit per property; for agencies: a trade licence and tax certificate. Agency accounts are approved by our team.
How is data protected?
Passwords are hashed with a strong algorithm, two-step verification is available, API keys are stored only as hashes and every critical action is audit-logged. An owner's contact details open to an agency only once a subscription is approved. Designed for KVKK and GDPR.
