  • Paid amenities: owners can put a price on amenities of the property or of a room (feeMinor + feeMode: PER_STAY, PER_NIGHT, PER_PERSON_STAY, PER_PERSON_NIGHT). On the detail of a property you subscribed to these fields come with the amenities. Send the ones you pick from extraOptions in the availability answer as extras with a hold, a reservation or a change; the price is in quote.extras and quote.totalMinor, the owner sees it in the panel, and it comes back as extras in hold.created / reservation.confirmed.

2026-12-10

  • Holds: holdRef (hold/request number) and externalRef (reservation number) are now required; the hold period is in minutes (holdMinutes).
  • New: POST /v1/holds/{id}/extend, GET /v1/holds/{id}, the queue endpoints /v1/waitlist and the events hold.extended and waitlist.available.
